 Please allow 48 hours for your eGift Card to be emailed to you. If the order is urgent please contact the Box Office on (+44) 1234 782828.

 eGift Cards may only be used for official Santa Pod merchandise* sold in-store or online.

 To redeem against Santa Pod tickets** please call the Box Office on (+44) 1234 782828. You will need the Card & Pin number to hand.

 If you wish to use this eGift Card at one of our merchandise shops on site you must print off and present this page to the cashier.

 *eGift Cards cannot be redeemed at independent traders onsite.

**eGift Cards cannot be redeemed against third party events. You will need to pre-book tickets before the advance deadline. Excludes P&P. Booking fees still apply.

There are 2 options for returning items purchased online in order to receive a refund:

SALE ITEMS- can be returned by post or onsite within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. Items returned by post can be refunded for the amount paid. Items returned to stores can be refunded/ exchanged for the amount paid.

PAYPAL PURCHASES- items returned by post or Click and Collect will be refunded to your PayPal account. Items returned to store will be refunded to a Gift Card.
