A:Click & Collect lets you buy online without the added postage fees and allows you to collect from Santa Pod Raceway.

Q:What are your opening hours to collect my order?
A: Our opening hours are:
Monday 9am - 5pm (Closed Bank Holidays)
Tuesday 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 9am - 5pm
Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 8.30am - 4pm
Sunday 8.30am - 4pm
Q:How long will it take until I can collect my order?
A:Please allow 24 hours before collecting your order, if the order is urgent and needs to be collected sooner you will need to call the Box Office on 01234782828. We estimate that items will available to collect within 1 to 3 days of the order being placed. Please note that during our sale and busy periods collections may take longer.
Q:How do I know when my order is ready?
A:We will send you an email to let you know when your items are available for collection.
Q:What happens if I cannot collect my order?
A:We will keep your order for 10 days from the date we inform you by email that it is ready for collection. If you cannot collect your order within this time we will initiate a refund. This may take 5 days to be processed.
Q:Where should I collect my order from?
A:You can collect from the main reception at the track.
Q:What do I need to take with me when I collect my items?
A:You will need to take your order number; you will find this on your confirmation email, and one piece of ID from the following list: bank card, driving license, prove it age card, cheque guarantee card or passport.
Q:Can someone else collect items on my behalf?
A:Yes they can.
